Em Scott Fine line Signature Series Tattoo Pen Collection. Em Scott, the Los Angeles based tattooer who needs no introduction, has teamed up with us to create her own Tattoo Pen signature set. A totally new and evolved pen holder with a much more sleek design. The package comes three choices of finish: Ceramic Coated Black, Authentic Plated Gold and Polished Stainless Steel. The package also comes with a 10 pack of Em Scott's personal selection of tattoo pens: 3 pink, 3 purple, 2 red and 2 blue. The pen holders are made in the USA using hospital grade stainless steel as the base and all the pen refills are also made USA by the only pen factory in the United States capable of producing pen refills with all USA made elements, including the non toxic and highest grade ink.
